DESCRIPTION
You enter the hall of the 63m² apartment from the entrance on the first floor, near the elevator. This provides access to the living room and a first toilet. The large living room has generous windows overseeing the beach, an open plan kitchen and a bar. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a four fire stove, fridge and washing machine. The master bedroom is spacious in it’s setup and has the bathroom as an en-suite. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, separate bath, double sink and a second toilet. Patio doors offer access to the spacious 30m² south-facing terrace with expansive beach and dune views.
