DESCRIPTION
You enter the hall of the 96m² apartment from the entrance on the first floor, near the elevator. This provides access to a spacious toilet and the living room. The living room has large windows overseeing the beach, an open plan kitchen and dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a four fire stove, large fridge and washing machine. The two large bedrooms and the bathroom branch off from the central hallway. The master bedroom is beach view and includes a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with large walk-in shower, steam shower, double sink and a second toilet. Patio doors offer access to the spacious south-facing terrace with expansive beach and dune views.
